This past week, we focused on a way to generate income through Fiverr.

However, what if I told you of a far bigger opportunity and money-making venture?

I certainly hope you are all ears, so stay with me over my next few posts.

The site is called Upwork – a freelancers paradise!

upwork

Upwork serves two great purposes:

  1. To hire freelance workers – graphic designers, SEO experts, copywriters, ghostwriters, virtual assistants, and much more
  2. To contract your services as a freelancer

The site functions most any way you want based on your business needs.

Personally, I have used it to hire an editor, a proofreader, and multiple writers.

Moreover, my investment paid off in dividends.

But, where do you start? And, what should you search for? Is this appropriate for your business model?

I’ll reveal more over the next week.

In fact, here’s my guarantee. I’ll share:

  1. How to hire a freelancer
  2. What to ask
  3. How to price your gig
  4. How to vet your freelancer
  5. A case study

Unfortunately, I do not have any experience working as a freelancer on Upwork.

But, I’ll see if I can arrange for an Upwork-experienced freelancer to feature on a future episode of Bootstrap Businessmen.

Though Upwork is not as visually appealing as Fiverr, it is rife with money-making opportunities.

In the meantime, get over to Upwork.com, browse around and see if something speaks to you.

Till later,

-Dale L. Roberts
